Anotace:
Distant German Tuition During the First Wave of COVID-19 Pandemic Through
the Eyes of Secondary School Graduates
The study presents outcomes of a piece of research dealing with distant German tuition
during COVID-19 pandemic. It was ascertained that distant learning of German was
evaluated worse than of English, but comparably with non-language subjects. The students
graduating from German expressed greater satisfaction with the tuition. Only a small number
of students were given the full number of lessons in synchronous online tuition. Also, only
a small number of students perceive the volume of learned material and independent work
as adequate.
