Anotace: This paper informs about the financial management in the construction company. The work describes problems of the management, its tasks, goals, dependencies on the size of the construction company and progress in the construction production and also introduce topic of the risks in the construction business. Also controlling and reporting in the construction company together with basic tools are described in example of Metrostav a.s. in this work.
