O efektívnej úrovni znečistenia životného prostredia

Anotace: Ensuring an efficient level of environmental deterioration is the basic task of environmental policy. At such a level of deterioration of environment, total social costs of its ensuring, maintaining and caused damages are minimal. At all the ambitions, it cannot be expected that the level of the deterioration could be sometime zero. Also, there is very small number of cases to objectively determine the total social costs caused by the deterioration of environment. Presented approach to the issues of efficient level of environmental deterioration allows to create good conceptual notion about foundations of the problem as well as about creation of suitable environmental policy and its tools.
