Anotace: Together with the strong development of technology science and globalization trend, logistics activities from production to consumption play more and more important role in competitive ability of firms. However, human resources are still a hard problem to the whole industry. This article generalizes the situation of human resources in logistics industry in Vietnam, and suggests several solutions to developing human resources for this area in the upcoming period.
