Anotace: The article deals with the realization of the hypothesis that individuals eligible for the Air Traffic Controller training have a common specific profile, which is a function of the characteristics of individuals engaged in this profession. Defining such a basic profile is based on the results of the experiment realized within the doctoral thesis of the author.
