Hodnotenie zmien krajiny na Slovensku s využitím údajov CORINE Land Cover

Anotace: CORINE Land Cover data is a very valuable source of information on the European landscape and its dynamics. The content compatibility and time sequence makes it possible to analyse and assess the overall changes in land cover; and this enables us to examine the heterogeneous structure and almost 30-year development of the Slovak landscape. The temporal-spatial characteristics of these changes in land cover over almost three decades confirm a mixed trend of urbanisation and expectation that development of future environmental activities will provide even greater significance to this presented knowledge of Slovak land cover and its changes.
