Anotace:
The article considers the peculiarities of the legal support of information security in Ukraine in the use of cloud technologies by public authorities. It describes the legal modes of using cloud technologies. The article presents an analysis of the draft Law of Ukraine “On Harmonious Services” in the context of normative documents of strategic planning. It reveals the directions of development and formation of a new regulatory environment for information security in the use of information and communication technologies, which is a factor of the safe implementation of cloud technologies in all spheres of public life. The article analyzes the situation with the state of information security in the application of cloud technologies in Ukraine, the impact of European integration on the development of cloud technologies. It justifies the expediency of improving the legal regulation of information security on cloud technologies in the context of Ukrainian legislation adaptation to the requirements and standards of the European Union and the NATO, as well as in accordance with the plan for the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union.
