Factors affecting the success of logistics enterprises in Vietnam

Anotace: Logistics has become quick developing and important industry which contributes large percentage in Vietnam�s GDP. However, with about 1,300 firms operating in this industry, only few firms have been successful in activity, the others have been facing mangy difficulties. The reason why this circumstance occurred was raised up encourage authors to conduct this research. Buy using FsQCA, some interesting results were found. Most important finding was that there consist different viewpoints between two groups of companies (leading companies and the others). As for all successful businesses in the industry, all factors affect the company's business results if they interact with each other and are combined to create a quite large level of influence for each logistics business. For other logistics businesses, their concern is not all of the seven elements. Two different perspectives are given when firms assess the factors that influence success. This implies somewhat conclude to success or unsuccess of logistics companies.
