Zlepšení vlastností lité Cr-Ni oceli DIN 1.4865 přísadou inokulantů
Číslo: 5-6/2016
Periodikum: Slévárenství
Klíčová slova: alloyed steel—inoculation—strength

Anotace:
Cr-Ni steels belong to the group of alloys used
at high temperature application. The proper ties
of these alloys could be strongly affected by the
base structure. It has been tested on superalloys
that lowering of the pouring temperature
together with the addition of grain refiners
leads to the improvement of the grain size
by up to 56% [1]. Plenty of existing works
deal with the evaluation of macrostructure,
microsegregations and mechanical fatigue.
It has been rarely tested the impact of refining
on the resistance to the thermal fatigue.
Thermal fatigue resistance (TFR) at 950 °C was
tested on the refined and non-refined samples
respectively. TFR proper ties of the refined
structure were improved. Microstructure
changes and hot tensile proper ties were
reviewed as well
