Anotace:
The Czech Republic has no information system that can interlink the data from medical and judicial statistics
on people with limited legal capacity. The aim of this report is to determine whether it is possible in the Czech
Republic to link the medical data of people with a mental disorder with judicial data on people with limited
legal capacity. Partial goals include: a) determining the number of people treated in a psychiatric outpatient
department according to diagnoses; b) determining the number of people with limited legal capacity
in individual judicial regions; c) determining the number of final decisions regarding the limitation of legal
capacity in individual judicial regions in the Czech Republic.
