Anotace: the contribution deals with the problems of labour shortage,

which burdens not only the HAMAG foundry but it touches
a wide range of technically oriented companies. It summarizes
the practical experience of the foundry in obtaining workers
from third countries under the Mode of ukraine. the
introduction gives a glimpse of the demographic evolution of
the population of the czech Republic and the development
of unemployment in the Zlín region. then follows a brief description
of options, where to get new employees outside the
czech Republic, as the czech labour market is completely
exhausted. If the company decides to seek workers outside
the country, it must take a time, financially and legislatively
difficult process which is the subject of this contribution. the
effectiveness of the project of getting new employees from
third countries is evaluated in the conclusion.
