Anotace:
The text and its main theses are embedded in the Polish tradition
of didactics of literature and language. The article takes into account
the notion of open interpretations as a solution to support cultural
and literary education, the issues, which beginnings should be sought in
the interwar period. The author collects and puts in order theoretical and
practical papers published that focus on this particular didactic solution.
He indicates it on this background the ways to understand open interpretations
and possibilities to use them in practice. The author also presents
his own proposal to understand free statements and to apply them in the
education process. He shows the directions which can lead to further theoretical reflection and a wider use of open interpretations in class, especially
in language education.
