it attempts to predict the development of foundry
industry in the near future from the perspective of
automation and robotics of different workplaces. It
describes the expected impacts of the vision 4.0 in
individual operating sets of the foundry. the article
emphasized the aim to describe the staffing problems
which occur in relation with the realisation of the project
4.0 in the foundry industry. the contemplation
assumes that in the foundry community it will raise
a higher interest in the project 4.0 and at the same
time it wants to set the basic consideration directions,
which should accept mainly the foundry managers
when considering the implementation of the Industry
4.0 in their own businesses.
