Anotace: Microbiological contamination of beer is in many cases manifested by the production of CO2 and its increase in the concentration. An increase in the concentration of CO2 in a closed package leads to an increase of internal pressure, which can cause destruction of a package with dangerous consequences. This case study aimed to verify the applicability of force-displacement measurement for non-destructive monitoring of the internal pressure in beer cans.
